About Roy

With over 30 years working in the real estate industry, Roy is very comfortable with everything to do with property. He has been involved in all facets; working in property sales, land sales, project management, residential and unit development, rural and acreage sales as well as property management.

Working for 25 years in Brisbane’s bayside and more recently on the Sunshine Coast, Roy’s experience includes sales, customer service, administration, marketing and management within the real estate industry.

Having taken over the iconic and well-known KBR Property Sales and Management in Kings Beach, Caloundra, Roy has been busy building his business and increasing his rent roll. In January 2019, he rebranded to Professionals On The Coast Realty giving him more exposure to the entirety of the Sunshine Coast, as well as nationally.

Roy has been involved in recruitment, training and branding, and at the same time he and his team have continued to maintain the excellent reputation of the business and provide exceptional customer service.

Within less than a year as Principal of his new agency, he was awarded Agency of the Year for Kings Beach by Australia’s leading review website, Rate My Agent. The agency received this award again in 2019.

With strong leadership skills, honesty and integrity, Roy and his team have earned the respect of the local community, sellers and buyers alike as well as landlords and tenants.

After ensuring his business has made a recognisable mark in the Caloundra market in both sales and rentals, Roy is ready to commence what he does best – selling and negotiating on behalf of his clients. Roy will dedicate all his time in ensuring that the purchase or sale of your property is a smooth, stress free and enjoyable experience.

Roy is now a resident of Pelican Waters of the Sunshine Coast and loves everything the area has to offer. He enjoys a game of golf once a week and loves cooking for his girlfriend.
